BED & BREAKFAST IN THE MAHOGANY ROOM

The Mahogany Room is in the farmhouse with stairs to access it. It's an en-suite double room with an antique mahogany bed, draped in a lace canopy. There are lovely views from the bedroom windows over the farmhouse lawns and over our cornfields into the far distance. The large shower room has a walk-in shower, there are tea and coffee making facilities and a squidgy settee or antique chaise longue in which to relax and watch the Freeview TV.

BED & BREAKFAST IN COURTYARD ANNEX

The Annex is situated beside the farmhouse. It's a ground floor, en-suite double room with tea & coffee making facilities, a Freeview TV and ample, safe parking right outside. The sheltered patio area catches the evening sun; and ideal place to finish the day. Enjoy the privacy of the Annex and in the morning, take breakfast in the farmhouse. (An infant's cot can be added to the room if requested)

BED & BREAKFAST IN THE GARDEN ANNEX

The Garden Annex. When you plan time away, why not go the whole hog and try something completely different like a stay in our Garden Annex? The Garden Annex is a private, tranquil place. Its wooden construction is cosy, with the central heating and hot water fueled from the farm’s linseed flax. There are superb views over our cornfields, and outdoor areas to relax in on hot summer days. It's all very green of course but don't let that put you off; just enjoy it!

The Garden Annex accommodates two in a king-sized double bed or two single beds (if requested when booking). We can also add a baby’s cot if required. The it has a walk-in wardrobe, a toilet with a bath, a shower over the bath and it’s own wild-flower area that blooms in the summer.

So a stay in the Garden Annex is no ordinary B&B, it’s a novel experience in which you feel part of the countryside around you. It can relax guests with consummate ease; with that lovely breakfast taken in the farmhouse of course!

Check-in times are between 4 & 6 pm. (If these times are inconvenient for you, please let us know and we can make other arrangements).

Check-out time is 10 am on the morning of departure.

All prices quoted above include breakfast and all taxes. Credit card payments will be subject to a 3% charge - but no charge on debit cards. On weekends we only take two night bookings and three nights on Bank Holiday weekends. We have a strict no-smoking policy in the farmhouse and Annex and do not accept pets. Our cancellation policy is 48 hours in advance of arrival. Should guests fail to cancel their reservation within this time, one night's accommodation will be charged to their credit card as a cancellation fee. Given sufficient notice, we will attempt to transfer bookings to another date but please remember that in England a booking is a contract, guests are strongly advised to consider appropriate holiday insurance. As much as we love children, our facilities don't allow us to cater for them but young people over 13 years old are welcome.

PARKING

Car parking is plentiful, free, well lit and secure at Corston Fields Farm. If you have a special vehicle that needs to be garaged under cover, we're able to accommodate that too.
